You have just finished the greatest summer of your life, congratulations. You have accumulated an entire summer's worth of pictures of camp, your friends, and campers. You want to share your unbelievable camp experience with your family and friends, as well as your fellow staff members. Social Network and Photo Sharing sites are wonderful ways of sharing your experiences. You need to remember that this too can have an impact on your camp. For the campers, the camp, and your safety, it is imperative not to post any pictures showing campers. Camps have the legal right (and thus are protected) in writing to publish the pictures of campers. You do not. Do not open yourself up to the endless possibilities of legal liability (for you and the camp) by posting pictures of campers.
