The purpose of this web site is to help you get the information you need to be a terrific counselor. At the end of each section, you will find a short quiz to help you (and us) determine if you have an understanding of your job responsibilities and our camp policies.
The experience you gain this summer will be life altering. You will expand on your knowledge of child development and interpersonal relations. As part of the South Shore community, you will find that you are a part of a special family that spends the summer together year after year.
