Support Campers

THE COUNSELOR SHOWS SUPPORT FOR CAMPERS BY:

Attending to the needs of all campers in the group.
Initiating and nurturing a solid group identity and feeling of cohesion.
Acting as a good role model for campers (appropriate language, behavior and dress) - Wears camp shirt every day!!
Demonstrating sensitivity towards campers by initiating a trusting, friendly relationship.
Showing enthusiasm and consistency in motivating campers to participate in all activities.
Encouraging friendships between campers and being a good friend to the campers.
