What is bullying?
Bullying is any intentional, hurtful act, committed by one or more campers against another. It can also be committed by counselors against other counselors or campers. In fact it can happen when anyone in power or seeking power intentionally hurts another person. We're not talking about rough play which is normal between kids, but has a safety net built in. Think about how you would intervene and stop this behavior.
