Manage the Individual
- Use this tool when 1 or 2 children are misbehaving or being disruptive.
- Quietly and discreetly talk to children a few feet away from others to remove the peer pressure to "perform" in front of their friends.
- Even when it's a group issue, you are often better off quietly asking individual children to "help you out" rather than shout at the entire group.
